I don't know if that is the case. Read the other thread (should still be one of the top 3-5 in GD right now)
You're coming from a position of scarcity, I can tell you're a needy person with low self esteem. Here is a quote for you.

Human nature is so constituted that it cannot honor a helpless man. Although it can pity him, and even this it cannot do long if the signs of power do not arise - Fredrick Douglass

Take it in and reflect on it.

Huh...Is that so? Do you believe that I am helpless?

I believe you make yourself look helpless and desperate but the quote says only you can help yourself in the longrun. We're born alone and we'll die alone, our experience is completely unique to ourselves so don't change yourself for others because you're already complete.

I am not changing for anyone. I have been led to believe that I am a gifted individual, but that I am also disgustingly selfish and toxic to other people. So, out of arrogance, I do not want to let whatever 'gift' I have be wasted on my ephemeral existence - I want to see if I can have a lasting effect on the world. I also want to see if I can be a good person, and perhaps change people's minds about things.

I am not selfless though. No one is. No matter how much it may look like I am living for others, ultimately everything I do is something that I am choosing to do of my own free will, meaning that it is what I want to do (and is therefore selfish).

What's so bad about being selfish? The world is run by reciprocal altruism.

That's a very unsophisticated stage of moral development.
I'm not trying to be sophisticated but people who act superior because of their morals are only out to stop your momentum and kill you slowly. The only reason you can live in a society is because you're contributing to it.

One does not have to be moral to act superior to others. You asked people what their philosophies in life were and then you mocked, judged, or diagnosed everyone who posted. I'm no genius, but that sounds like someone who acts superior.

I agree with this shit right there.

At the end of the day, whether their actions are good or bad, the truth is, all people live only for themselves.

You were acting superior by saying I was unsophisticated when I was only telling the truth. That was an ad hominem, you didn't criticise my point in a healthy way but tried to dismiss it in a sneaky fashion. That's the difference.

Women and poosy will ruin your life, they're not worth it.

Aslong as you're not six feet under shut up about that shit.
Don't let others determine whether you got a life or not.

Never make decisions based on emotions, that's what women do.

What're you trying to escape? Man up and face your fears.

Here is a tip, stop chasing validation.

Entitlement is the worst way to approach life but you seem beaten down emotionally, don't confuse you being humble with you being pathetic. Self love is what you need.

Only if "deal with it" doesn't mean "be a bish and accept things you don't like".

Never said that

That's a good question, but I can't really choose just one. I live by many.

Hard to choose one single philosophy that I live by since it's hard to pick just one that covers the entire scope of the way I go about living my life, but if you pointed a gun to my head, I'd probably say "Don't waste your energy worrying about things that are not within your control at all, but focus on worrying about the things that are either completely or partially within your control". Or something like that, I'm not very good at this.

Nothing worth doing is easy. Nothing worth having comes without a heavy price. Loyalty outweighs any fault in a persons character. A man afraid to fight isn't a man. Inaction is the definition of cowardice. Succes is measured in people bottles and horsepower.
