I think this might be the reason why he doesn't visit his daughter, cause he doesn't know he got Sakura pregnant the night he came to visit. Or maybe Sakura trapped him by secretly making holes in his condom (we all know Sakura would be capable of this) to have his child.

Sasuke not knowing Sakura got her pregnant is possible, but Kishi saying Sakura poke holes in the condom ruins the integrity of his Manga.
