It's just gonna be looked over by Toriyama just like GT. It's basically another continuation even though they already have one. Sure I'm happy but it doesn't really make sense to add another one when it's just as canon as GT was.

how is it not cannon? it continues the story right after the buu saga, if by that logic than all of dbz isnt cannon lol, in the article it says "unlike gt it will be written by akira toriyama himself, it is cannon

In an article I read it said Toriyama is just gonna watch over it. Never mind, found out he'll be doing more than in GT. Yeah, then it's canon.

With how FUNI is doing things now, I'm fairly certain that it'll get dubbed very quickly.

I just read the news somewhere else but thanks for the post, i am really happy too DBZ is part of my childhood.

I dont know if GT is Canon or not but the only reason i like GT is this:

DBZ ended why the **** is there another anime coming out for it? The creator barley even remembers half the shit he made in the original series this guaranteed to be a massive **** up. And a big middle finger to the series as well as any fans whom actually value the integrity of the story.
