Team 2 wins ultra neg-diff. Tsunade on her own could blitz Deidara due to having striking speed far exceeding Minato's teleportation, which means that she's faster than instant. I haven't even taken Sakura into account. Now, "manga portrayal" puts Sakura above Tsunade, so Sakura's speed is even more instant than Tsunade's. Either one could blitz. Case closed.

Once Deidara goes airborne what stops Sakura and Tsunade from leaping off Katsuyu and delivering the final strike. Deidara tries using any attacks to stop the assault Katsuyu keeps him on the defensive.

Pretty sure Diedera needs prep for most of his attacks, and wont have time while dodging Sakrua and Tsunade.
WHy didn't he use C4 on Kakashi?
Tsunade uses body pathway, and lets Sakura kill him as a part of her training.

Pretty sure Deidara doesn't need prep for any attacks except for the minefield.
