Simply put: Create what would be in your opinion the perfect shinobi squad of four individuals, who could suplement each other and work in diferent situations.
Rules:
1. No existing teams. No point in just saying "team 7"
2. No top tiers. What the point in having a team with Kaguya, Hagoromo, RSM Naruto and JJ Rinnegan Madara?
My dream team:
1. Uchiha Itachi. Strategic mind of the team. Can keep his head focused and devise plans. Genjutsu master to get away of tricky situations.
2. Uzumaki Nagato. Sensor. Giant summons to help with the team transportation. Six Paths techniques make him useful in pratically any situation.
3. Konan. Token girl. Ability to fly plus ability to turn into paper lets her cover a huge area to explore an unknow region.
4. Yakushi Kabuto. Medical member. Diferently from the majority of medics can also work as a front line fighter. Knowledge on drugs and medical pills. Also a sensor.
Besides their individual skills, the fact that Nagato and Konan know each other for years, how Itachi could understand and empathise with Kabuto's story makes me think that they could work well together.
