It's really hard to measure power levels in Naruto. You basically have to guess techniques that can be countered or not. Unless the difference of power is shown or extremely obvious, it is practically impossible to get solid judgement in any outcome conscerning these characters.

A lot of Kurama's chakra has already been combined with Naruto anyway so his chakra reserve is already massive plus he has SM so he literally can fight easily without Kurama's help lol.

On the other hand if Sasuke didn't have his brothers eyes he'd gone blind by now and without the Sharinagan he wouldn't be winning many fights either with the zero vision.
