Minato's arm muscles are very small, he's never demonstrated the strength to cut a limb off of someone, yet alone Hidan's beefy neck. Factor in that Hidan can fight for years before tiring out whereas Minato will be called back home by his wife in an hour, I think it's clear Hidan wins by waiting him out. Worst case scenario, Hidan blitzes.

His speed is really the only problem, since Kakuzu's jutsu were portrayed as shit.

Whether or not Minato can throw Kunai at him, the result isn't going to change. Not being able to throw it head on only means he'll have to use speed and teleportation while tossing his Kunai, to make it harder for him to block all of them. Or he'll just have to get up close and toss a few Kunai then.
