I see Naruto and Sasuke being stronger than Kaguya right now from what we seen of her in the war arc. Naruto with just Yin Kurama was faster than her and the main one to injure her in the fight, he got Yang Kurama sealed back in him to have full Kurama and got Hashirama cells which boost jutsus powers and increase stamina (Sasuke already had Hashirama cells). Sasuke was new to his eyes but mastered them now and his stamina is going to be much much stronger and he probably have jutsus from every element in his 12 yr journey.

I see current Naruto as the strongest in the series just from him having the biggest growth rate via shadow clones if he did hardcore training which I believe he did in case something happens (such as Orochimaru return with Edo Tensei).

Sasukes chidori was straight up deity like after just 2 years; 10 years after that, if you think about what the rinnegan is capable of, it's ridiculous.

Madara really didn't have time to train with rinnegan but remember what he did?

I also expect naruto to have grown similarly with his usage of large scale elemental chakra techniques, and amplified sage power.
