I don't doubt that they look similar but so do many ninja in Naruto but are they related? not all who look the same are related because of this reason this whole Karin and Sarada thing wasn't even a thing until the photo now everyone's so salty about it.

Anything is possible and it be a good twist but my guess they did it the old fashion way and she died at child birth..So since Sasuke isn't the father type Sakura became the babies mother. Jus a theory

not likely because is there a reason Sasuke would do that? or is it that greater deal that Sarada would learn and this isn't even confirmed that someone other then the mother she was raised by to be her actual biological mother? Whether Karin is revealed to be Sarada's mother or not won't mean anything because Sakura will still be the one who raised her. She'll just have two mothers one that according to most died giving birth to Sarada and the one who raised her. This isn't weird in the real world so shouldn't be much of a thing in the manga.

lol people seem so up in arms about this any who as someone who grew up in kinda similar circumstances talking of Naruto who's parents died soon after his birth but in Naruto's instance he was hated and was raised by himself and I guess certain people (Hiruzen, Iruka, Jiraiya and such) he did stupid stuff to get attention and so on and in Sarada's situation she was raised by a loving preson surrounded by friends which Naruto did not have until a bit later though the absence of Sasuke is sad at least she had her mother because Naruto had neither during the majority of his younger years after his parents death until a bit later as well with the coming of those he met at the Academy and Iruka who took to becoming the older brother Naruto never had and Jiraiya and everyone else.
