Does anyone have a link to the interview where Kishi said Toneri wasn't returning? I've heard plenty of people citing it, but I haven't read the interview itself.

It's true. Well most of people say that. You can find this news in Naruto fourms. The editor rejected the idea of Tonari returning.

Good. I don't see why they would add a character that only made one appearance and has (to me) too much of a random background. I don't know if a lot of people would actually care for him. I know I wouldn't mind if he stayed at the moon.
