Yes he lost it now he just has six paths chakra enhanced full bm, the RSM was result of all 9 bijuu.

I think he just isn't using bijuu chakra.( possible it doesnt restore itself) The RSM was a gift from Hagoromo like Sasuke's rinnegan, but without TSB and naruto probably just combined it with Kurama Chakra mode seeing how he was shown to fly in that mode.

Naruto defeated Toneri with one punch in base only using KCM to fight him, why would he go RSM?

He had it in the manga. If kishi or the manga said otherwise from that then we can make that assumption.

I understand what both of you are triying to say, but the Last takes place 2 years after Naruto vs Sasuke final battle and there is a scene in the movie where Toneri takes Naruto's chakra away and blows a whole in the moon with, it wasn't clear whether that chakra was Naruto's RSM or his own...

He took Naruto's chakra away, yes. Not Hagoromo's. I'm not even going to get into the fact that Naruto was flying afterwards. He can't fly without Sage chakra.

Mainly due to the movie being in production in 2012 -- Naruto/Sasuke received their God powers in 2014 I believe or was it 2015?
