Thing is, sakura has been spending those years taking care of Salad, so its highly unlikely she has much tıme to traın. Whatever money she's making is likely due to working in the konoha hospital as a medic. So not only is this an assumption, its a rather bad one.

Nope because she herself described it as a wall she could not break through and if it needed to regenerate it would have been the first time and kishi would have made Godara say something. Also after her punch it attacked sasuke and hit her so I don't think so, also sasuke can see the limbo clones he would have known if it was damaged. Tsunade lifting Gamabunta's sword wasn't backed up by CES, it was her regular strength. The closest Sakura has come to this is pulling sasori's puppet body towards her using a coil. sakura's strength is no where close to do such a thing
