[Question] Does Doflamingo have Kenbunshoku Haki?

Exactly what the title says. I've seen people saying he has all forms of Haki, but I can't recall any time where Doflamingo used Kenbunshoku / Color of Observation Haki.

Going by the fact that he's been in the Nw for Lord knows how long its understandable to assume he has had a go for it or something but as for using it, its been said pple pick one type they really use and anyways someone may find it distructing to have to focus on the fight 5seconds ahead and the one now so I can see why maybe someone can choose good old brawn enhancement rather than greater percerption.
