Unless I'm overlooking something none of the panels you linked give her the feats necessary to react to Ay, let alone lay a finger on him.

Tsunade is not an idiot. She clearly see shows fast he is but still states she is jumping into the fight.

How can you say Ay low diffs if she is portrayed to already be able to handle herself against him? Are we truly using the manga here to prove this match up? Doubt it.
