does spiderman really join the avengers after the end credits?

im asking cause i left the theatre after the thanos scene after the first credits where they show the cast

my friend told me if i had stayed a little longer theres a scene where spiderman joins the avengers

is it true?

No he doesnt.
I think thanos is again in the after credits and says

" oh well , i guess i have to do it myself" and then with his rings

I stayed till the end, but he wasn't there, only Thanos. But then again in the first avengers there also wasn't the scene where they were having a dinner or whatever. So there's a possibility that he still appears. I guess it depends on the theater.

Like i said there's still a possibility that he appears, just that some theaters don't show it. Probably depends where you live.
