Logically speaking the new Team 7 > Old Team 7

Think about it. Even if Sarada is a medical shinobi, she's an Uchiha from the core. Plus Kishimoto would never make her weak, at least not like what he did to Sakura in Part 1.

Boruto already learned the Kage Bushin younger than his father, and Kishimoto labled him as a Prodigy. Not to mention Sasuke will be his "master"
Boruto > Naruto (Without Kurama in Part 1)

The new kid is really mysterious and we don't have any confirmation on what he can do, or possibly do. But with Sarada and Boruto as his backup, he obviously isn't going to be weak. I mean he is a male after-all and we know how Kishimoto is...

and Sarada need the EMS + The tomoe rinnegan which only 2 people in the series achieved.

Kaguya is smarter than Hagomoro. She predicted her grandson's actions while he didn't.

Also, Naruto and Sasuke's ultimate power-ups are from Hagoromo and not something they invented. By themselves they are weaker than Hashirama and Madara.

If Naruto doesn't have the Kurama Battery, Boruto would make him fodder. I don't know how will Sarada get the EMS if Sasuke has it. An EMS²?
