Because we can all see from the last Shippuden manga chapter this kids are not working hard like there parents did like boruto has both parents and a sib plus his dad is the hokage so what the reason for him to work hard. Chou chou as every one can see that shes lazy and can't do a mission without same food. Sarada only knows one parent who wasn't at her own birth and she doesn't want to be a kunoichi. Shikamaru's son is just like his old man was lazy but might not have his brains. The only one who is working like his old man is lees son and sai's kid bad at that art thing but looks like that kid is going to do great things.
