Kakashi's face is fake

1- Kakashi is supposed to be a lot older than what he looks in that drawing.

2- He doesn't use the headband to cover his eye anymore

3- Khishimoto's drawing is not that lazy, when kishi has to paint kakashi's black mask, he paints it completely blacK,
and on the other hand, in the spoiler we can clearly see a lazy painting where the mask looks grey instead of black

Most anime characters still look young even when old bro. Tobirama, Hashirama and Madara were in their 40s and they still looked young. Part 2 Kakashi, was 31 so he could still look in his teens.

1. It takes place after the war and before he became hokage most likely

2. We don't know the context of what's going on there. He might have pulled the headband down because of reminiscing about the days of team 7. Kakash is a softie deep down

3.The Kiba sketch also resembled that as well as the previews

4. It could be fake for all we know
