Who's the blue haired kid

I hope I'm not the only one who noticed this kid next to Naruto (Bolt ). He looks too badass to be background fodder. Who's kid is this? I've heard names from Toneri Otsutsuki to Kabuto floating around.

I thought it could be Chojuro's son, but it wouldn't make much sense for him to be in the hidden leaf village unless his mothers from Konoha. I'm also thinking suigetsu, but I doubt it. ​

I was thinking Suigetsu at first, but upon a better look, nah--golden eyes. Then I thought Toneri--the outfit and hair is very Ootsuki (I butchered the spelling, I know)--but isn't he on the moon? So..I am thinking Kabuto, via process of elimination.

He remind me of Tobirama... Shaggy hair, blueness etc. Even his speech pattern is alike; straightforward and formal.

Nah, his hair seems too blue for that and he looks nothing like him.

He really does look like Gintoki. That is a great catch, and an interesting thought.
