Oonoki was really low in chakra so Tsunade used some kinda of chakra transfer or medical ninjutsu maneuver to increase Oonoki's output. I don't know about her chakra size though. I know she has a lot of chakra, but I don't know about bijuu lvl

Yes, Ay was recognized but not Tsunade.
The Databook gives Tsunade a 4 in Stamina.

She has a good amount of Base Chakra and add her Yin Seal she comes close to Bjiuu Lvl,
but no way in hell it is comparable to Bjiuu Chakra.

Anyway, even if I do take it seriously, she's only comparable to a Bjiu if she has stored chakra in her Yin seal for a considerable amount of time. Being a Senju doesn't really mean that much, and the Uzumaki part is just nonsense.

People just dont know what they are talking. I dont know from where they pull out fact about Tsunade chakra is as big as Bijuu chakra. Tsunade or Kishi never told about her chakra reserve size.

How they gauge/estimate Tsunade Chakra reserve? Shukaku TBB alone can destroy a mountain, I dont think Tsunade Full strength punch can destroy a hill let alone small mountain even though she used all her chakra reserve plus Byakugou chakra that she stored in 10 years.

And thats not full chakra TBB.

Thats the power of individual TBB that create from chakra of each of the bijuus including Shukaku.

Thats tells you how large and powerful Bijuu chakra was. Tsuanade power cant compared with that same as Sakura.

Kaguya have shown no strength feats remotely comparable to Sakura
