OMG you better be careful there that's some slippery-slope stuff right there LOL. If it can happen with Sarada..... but what would have to happen for Boruto to think anyone that else could be his mother? It's not like he has any physical resemblances that are crazy enough to raise the question. Or a relationship with his parents that is so strange that he'd begin questioning it.
