Hey, remember in Part 1 where Sasuke could only use chidori 2x a day and Kakashi could only use it 4x a day? While rasengan can be spammed without limit or risk of overexhaustion.

Yeah... rasengan is superior to the lightning stab.

Actually, Sasuke could use it more than twice (twice in base mode, at least once in cs2 mode) and it was that very chidori that overpowered Naruto in the VOTE clash.
