-Orochimaru never went all out and tried to kill someone
-He played with Hiruzen and killed him
-He had sealed arms and played with 4tail Naruto
-He had sealed arms and played with Tsunade and jiraya
-He failed taking Itachis body yes, but he could have killed him
-EMS sasuke said don't underestimate Orochimaru
-Orochimaru lost to Sasuke because he was sick,arms sealed and was not trying to kill Sasuke
-he got his arms back from the death god and can use jutsus now
-he mastered edo tensei
-with White Zetsu body he can maybe use DSM now
-he soloed spiral zetsu

I probably forgot a few things...but you get it...

If he has a healthy body with working arms and wants to kill someone he would be a extreme difficult opponent for everyone.
Considering this:
-hes immortal trough curse marks
-has the most jutsus and a lot forbidden ones who he can use with his arms
-has Edos
-fast
-maybe DSM
-etc.

Nah, Hamura wasn't a Juubi Jin so his descendants didn't inherit as much Rikudou chakra as Ashura and Indra.. k: Kishi should have given them ninjutsu though, he likes nerfing characters to make Uchiha look good
