I highly doubt what you say will happen. It's important to know that this is not a war, where trouble arises on focusing on multiple characters. Some characters don't get focus because the story would focus on the main stage of the war, so characters that are there will be given importance.

The Naruto Gaiden is essentially just like Part 1; the story is focused on Konoha only, so Kishi will have the space and time to focus on all Primary, Secondary and Fodder characters.

you know what's gonna happen for characters who played in Naruto part1 and 2, in Naruto part 3??


-what's gonna happen to them in naruto part 3 is this Rule :



1- the Main chatacters of Naruto part 1 and 2-----------> will become Secondary characters in part 3...


2-Secondary characters of Naruto part 1 and 2 -----------> will become fodder characters in part 3


3- fodder characters of Naruto part 1 and 2 -------------> will completly disappear in Naruto part 3

this sounds like law of Nature becuz fishes will eat small fishes.....what i mean is this :

1-Main characters have very small chance to die in naruto part 3..



2-Secondary characters :like Sakura and and Tsunade have medium chance to die...


3-fodder Ninjas who used to be secondary characters in naruto part 1 and 2 will have great chance to die...i mean Iruka... kotetsu...ext..Kishi will need to sacrify them for the development of his plot..

Note :

1-this rule isn't apllied on villains....cuz greatest villains will always stay greatest

2- when i said fodder characters i meant fodder in their seldom appearance and not fodder in their strenght!

Anyway, I wouldn't say I'll miss the characters that'll supposedly disappear. Sure, Iruka's a good character, but it's not like I want to see more of him. That's just the way it goes.
