When did I compare Roger and Mihawk? Also, Roger holding a sword one time doesn't make him a swordsman.

Why is the current WSS below Fujitora, a swordsman?

This might come as a shock to you but just because someone wield as a sword and uses it as his fighting tool does not mean that he will unequivocally be inferior to Mihawk. In terms of pure swordsmanship prowess only a fool would think Mihawk inferior to anyone. However there are many factors that come into play with certain swordsmen in. These are DF power and haki level. We have seen the fighting power of your standard Admiral which gives you a basic idea of where they stand. In the case of Mihawk what do we know other than he fought Shanks 12 years ago & that he is in the upper echelons of OP powers. Sure without Fuji's DF or the availability of proof I would willingly admit Mihawk's supeirority. Until then he stays where he is. If you have proof that does not go along the lines of him being EOS Zoro opponent since it is neither confirmed to be set in stone then I will be willing to change his position.
