If i pre-purchase a game/DLC , it will download atomatically when its released? Or i have to download it?

Well unless you have it set up to download automatically. You can do that in the settings on your system

it usually allows you to download 99% in advance. Once it's midnight it will download that last 1% and it is playable.

It will allow you to download the content as soon as its released. Unless you have your console settings to automatically download you have to manually do it yourself. But sometimes its best to know when to download it because i have had many times where i have a DLC download w/o my knowledge and i turn off my system only to mess up the file. Then i have to re-download the file.....
