I wanna hear everyone's guess as to who pernida is. Pernida is one of the elite sternritter the fast one with the hood and glowing eyes. Who is under the hood? I feel like it could be a girl.

I would say probably 70% chance it's a never before seen character but you know Kubo could have something up his sleeve. I highly doubt that its hallibel under there but what was the point of capturing her if she isn't going to be used. It doesn't seem like she has much of a purpose now as far as the plot has progressed.

I heard one theory that it could be Ichigos mom. I definitely don't think it is but It will be an insane twist if she was somehow alive. Anyway post who you think it is under there and thanks for the answers.

Bleach quality dropped and people quit watching it since there were ALOTE of fillers, that's why they quick releasing episodes, they weren't making alote of money off it too.
