This theory is a little different to my old ones, I usually go on about a Tree Ent Zoan/Tree Logia, but I thought of something different:
So, as per usual, I'll explain the context of the Admirals:
They each have a colour and animal, both relate to personal traits while the colour also relates to their devil fruit power.
Aokiji means Blue Pheasant, he has the Hie Hie no Mi aka Chilly Chilly fruit
Kizaru means Yellow Monkey, he has the Pika Pika no Mi aka Light Light fruit
Akainu means Red Dog, he has the Magu Magu no Mi aka Magma Magma fruit
Fujitora means Whisteria Tiger, he has the Gravity fruit (possibly called the Puru Puru no Mi)
Ryokugyu means Green Bull, he/she may have the following fruit I'm going to theorize: Radiation fruit aka Alpha Alpha no Mi
There are two possible themes that occur in the post timeskip Admirals, one being physics, the other being three different types of fruit, my other theories on the three different types are on a Tree Ent Zoan, but here I'm looking at the Physics based fruits and Radiation.
A popular theory is a Time-Time fruit, which isn't possible. This is because of the following reasons:
1. Foxy already has the Noro Noro no Mi
, it would therefore have to be an overpowered version of that
2. That would make it way too powerful, he could solo the whole of the OPV, why aren't you happy with the reasonable time fruit we've already got?
3. Shanks' time manipulation in the up and coming Pirate Warriors game might become canon, we don't know whether this can be attributed to Haoshoku Haki or a devil fruit he has eaten since losing his arm, although this isn't probable and a much lesser reason
4. Time's got nothing to do with the colour Green
However, Foxy's fruit does interact with "Noro" particles, which got me thinking... It could still be a spin off from Foxy's fruit, just a radiation fruit.
Radiation is often associated with the colour green, as radiation hazard signs are green. Radioactive waste is often green, although this depends on the type of radiation
I know the fruit doesn't sound like much, but its abilities, if real, will be INSANE.
-Firstly, it would be a Paramecia like Magellans, Trebols or Mr 3's in which Ryokugyu will produce radioactive waste. It will have a contagious effect, much like Magellans poisonous breath.
-This radioactive waste will act in a similar fashion to Magellans poison and melt most things (as they become "unstable"), it can also make things literally explode upon contact
-It will be dangerous to go near him, perhaps he could be given the ability to make others weaker through the lack of stability of their own atoms because of Ryukugyu
-His/her radiation can create gigantic temperatures exceeding Sakazuki's Magma, when reaching temperatures like this, stuff like Chernobyl happens... you don't want to mess with this guy/gal!
-Radioactive waste can act as an absolute defence as the deterrent, smell, temperature etc. would be superior to Sakazukis
-It has medical uses too! It can remove cysts, seal wounds etc.
-He/she could temporarily mutate themselves, the possibilities are endless
All of the listed above are all possible, but I doubt all of them will be incorporated if the fruit becomes real/exists
Possible foreshadowing?
Trebols fruit is called the Beta Beta no Mi, Beta is a type of radiation
A Gama Gama fruit would be a Toad/Frog Zoan, Gamma is a type of radiation, considering the fact these are both related to the colour green (and yeah, I highly doubt there wont be a Toad Zoan... even if they're amphibians there are species that don't need water)
IF these are somehow linked this would probably make the fruit a Logia and yet even more formidable than before

Radiation makes materials unstable and in some cases dangerous as well as creating independent particles flying around all over the place
