Mihawk is the WSS so he is stronger than Shanks, a swordsman. Why is Rayleigh below all the admirals? Why is Kuzan above Sakazuki? Why is Garp above WB? Why the @&$# is Dragon 10 points above Roger?

Law using Gamma Knife on Doffy doesn't count since he couldn't have done it without Luffy.

We don't even know how strong miahwk is nor how strong shanks is but shanks arrival was enough for the world government to realize they couldn't win. AND they had mihawk on their side.

So chances are mihawk couldn't beat shanks in a brawl.

Other than Sabo I completely agree.
I would give Sabo closer two a fifty since he went toe to toe with not only an admiral but Jesus burgess in one arc
