I think Naruto is more strong-willed or good-willed than badass. Like Itachi is more good-willed than badass. although, itachi's powers are badass. but then again, how badass something is depends on personal opinion in the end i guess

I have nothing against Naruto at all (in fact I like SM Naruto since he has some of the same abilities as Jiraiya), but I think that he's just too childish and comedic in the end of the day to be considered a full blown badass in the end. I know that Jiraiya is like that too sometimes, but his badassery far outweighs his comedic moments.
