Has minato someother powerful jutsus like the rasengan and raijin jutsu or sealingjutsu?

Erm but he did handle the nine tails. Moved it away from the village and diverted TWO tailed beast bombs single handedly.

Even managed to seal it away. It was his own decision to die. Would have dealt with it much easier if not for wasting chakra on obito and saving the village (due to Hiruzen uselessness) , because he intended to contain it with his barrier jutsu.

Only kage who can do better than that is Hashirama.
