How? Even if you were to argue Gai can't hit Kakashi ( though he blitzed Madara plenty times despite Madara's Juubi enhanced reflexes and speed ) Kakashi still can't touch Gai with anything and his Susanoo will run out eventually.

Yes overwhelming him he never not once blitzed him. He could only get past Madara body once he used Nightmoth and if he tries that on Kakashi he either hits a clone or Kakashi fazes right through him. Just because the 8th gates can't kill doesn't mean he doesn't tire from using them like the previous gates so once he gets warn out Kakashi takes him out.

Juubito wrecks 8th gate Gai as well.​

Edit: obito takes scenario 1 due to his stamina..! i couldn't imagine kakashi and gai fighting each other for real that's why was a bit confused..!

Obito wins both rounds. Gai would get paralysed after a while from 7th gate, and Obito allready beat Kakashi in a fight he wasn't deliberately letting Kakashi win. In round two, Gai and Kakashi have a time limit, Obito does not.

Obito can't outspeed kakashi, and his defenses in cannon mean jack shit b4 kamui. He gets killed badly.
