Everybody cleans their home buddy ,is that the final act you would choose for a character who is supposed to surpass her sensei?
i mean of all things sakura could have done in the final chapter, she was shown cleaning the room as her final appereance.
like i said everybody cleans their home, but the final impresions we got from sakura dont show any hint of having surpassed tsunade, she could have been doing something which gives us a hint she is an important medical ninja of the leaf, naruto was already a hokage, sasuke also had demonstrated he surpassed oro, but sakura never did it.

This is true. Kishi implied that Sakuras main purpose was just Sasukes maid. Times of peace requires less medics, but damn. She completely went to waste.
Hinata kinda went to waste too, but Naruto is the leader so his family gets royal treatment.

Prime Sakura would be her War Arc.

Prime Tsunade would probably be the Gokage fight.

So this is Tsunades prime with your logic correct, her strongest point in the series.

Saninn Tsunade who fought in war & faced Hanzo didn't have Byakugō (couldn't regenerate or remote heal).

While Sakura in her prime (strongest point in the manga) did have Byakugō, exhibited greater destructive strength than Tsunade, remotely healed the SA 2x, helped Obito jump dimensions and punched a goddess.

So if your logic works in Sakura's favor, touché.

Please don't be that type of person that assumes Epilogue=stronger/mastery. Like some sasuke and naruto fans do.

I'm not assuming anything but I am how ever stating facts and the fact of the matter is Sakura being a 17 year old girl with no clan ties or any genetic advantages can do everything Tsunade Saninn Senju can do. Facts!

Sakura didn't have to struggle in using it since she had someone who mastered it to give her help.

None of that dismisses the facts.

17 year old Tsunade didn't reach the pinnacle of chakra control.

17 year old Tsunade didn't have access to Katsuyu's healing abilities.

17 year old Sakura > 17 year old Tsunade.
