We don't know for sure, though. He could feel isolated because he is just better at it than anyone, and being the son of the Hokage makes it worse? It would make this "brat" almost please-able in terms of a character if that was the case, in my opinion.

Though as for now theories will come and go despite the lack of information. Have a 5 sec teaser of Boruto saying: "I won't lose!" and theories would speculate just the same.

The holy hope is that Konohamaru was never mentioned to be a prodigy, so I'm hoping Kishimoto makes his character a bit more original in that sense.
