gear 5th will be revealed during the Kaidou battle imo. ch 847 seems like an accurate time frame from now until he comes into contact with kaidou.

This is my bet as well, not sure about what color he will be but the muscle theory is pretty spot on with my opinion

My bet is that it's either my own theory of internal chemical combustion, resulting in de facto Hasshoken and explosion techniques (inspired by Chinjao, Sai, Boo, Ideo etc)

Or it's vulcanized muscle

Vulcanized muscle would be the safest bet. I'm not saying he's going to look exactly like NM Luffy but its going to be similar for sure, he may not be as tall and he may not have the blue skin, but proved in the video above, he may still be blue but for the sake of uniqueness he might just have his regular skin color or maybe black and covered with coa. He may even have all the techniques you mentioned with the form.
