I say high-end high dif. He mentioned that he'd be able to stop Kizaru and Kuma at Sabody if he weren't so old and out of shape.

Extreme difficulty (and could go either way), would lose to someone like Sengoku or (fleet admiral) Akainu imo

I think it would be high diff. With the way Rayleigh fought off Kizaru, I felt like in his prime, he'd be making Kizaru the one on the defense.

This. This whole ¨average Admiral¨ thing makes no sense considering three of the four Admirals we've seen so far were portrayed to be extremely close in strength.
