Mizukage. I think TAC pretty much explained the gist of the matchup.

1 - Deidara's C3 needs prep, he isn't using it off the start of the battle. It's a cheap gimmick when you have nothing else to rely on, to try and use the best technique at the get go anyways. But I did in fact counter it. Suiton pushes it right back up when it comes closer or they move out of the radius. it'll be explained below.
Never said it would be used at the start of the battle plus im aware it needs some prep as you've posted the same scan multiple times. [Bold] No it's like Madara vs the gokage why waste time with playing with them when you can use your strongest attack to just simply finish them off. I already said Sasori sand covers it up to keep it from getting pushed up via suiton and when that tech slows or lose momentum Sasori sand which is constantly being controlled is then pushed down toward them simple. Running away from it that agrument is piss poor and ill break it down.

[1] They won't know it's coming until it's already falling from the sky in by this time they aren't getting out of it's radius.
[2] C3 starts off small so Sasori could simply hold it in one of his sand blocks once shot toward the Mizukages the sand falls down Deidara then activates it to buffer than explode.
[3] That speed feat isn't enough suggesting she's getting away from c3 radius which is near entire Village level.[ ]

2 - The radius isn't that extreme, bud. And when you fail to not only counter but even address the fact that if Deidara is too close, he's suseptable to attack and therefor must maintain a wide distance, it's a technique they'll see coming. A technique Baki even recognized off of first sight to be one that must evaded.
Deidara is a long range fighter for starters so getting caught in the explosion is never happening especially when the Mizukage will be on the ground. You keep screaming this Deidara needs to be out of range is funny when in-fact you claim Mei and the 2nd can possibly out run the explosion but did you ever think or consider that Deidara bird can out fly the explosion?(Deidara bird can fly much faster than the Mizukage can run) Or simply use Sasori as a sacrifice dummy? They won't see it coming until it's already out is what im telling you and by that time there not running.

3 - Right, and completely posting wrong scans to try and prove a point, despite being clearly wrong makes your view point all the better. You don't grasp the situation. Mei cleared a considerable distance in seconds. C3 will be a technique that takes more than seconds to come down from where the Akatsuki must be at. Giving them more time to avoid it.
That was old and i clearly admitted my fault there. Tsunade cleared a huge distance with a leap does that suggest any relevant or consistent speed no. Tssk can't even take bold serious they can out run the explosion but Deidara won't be able to out fly it or get out of it's radius of his bird which is must faster than both Mizukage foot speed and common sense is my proof here.

4 - I am countering what you're saying, you've used almost nothing from Sasori. Sort of sad, considering a barrage of explosives followed with Iron Sand world is a devastating combo, for Mei at least. But ah well, you're a bit lacking in the head. Couldn't expect much from ya'.
Sasori being usefull i've posted arguments above. Thank you your helping my argument. Insults now are we there yet?

5 - How about you change your font and try to counter my posts before acting like a hot shot. You've said nothing of note, relying on "C3 GG!" as your sole argument. Think before posting next time, or I'll just ignore you and wait for Zexion~ to reply to me.
You wanted your post countered they got countered. When i do change my font it will still be color and glow FYI. C3 gg is the only argument needed honestly but since you wanted me to go in depth i did.

You're severely mistaken on the range of C3, it being a literal village buster is a joke. It's like saying Oonoki's Jinton will blow up the entire turtle island. Deidara drops C3 in the back corner of Sunagakure [ ]. Not disputable, we see the bomb being dropped and Deidara's perspective from the scan. Let's take a good look at the village itself, get familiar with it. Here we see a decent-ish, if not contorted, view from the village [ ]. Now let's look at the explosion itself. We clearly see in the distance buildings off in the distance, towards the far left of the village (From the perspectives of the two aerial shots,) [ ]. Even taking a look at the village after Gaara's sand came to the defense, we see a new perspective revealing even more buildings further to the right and above from the bomb [ ]. Not even defended by Gaara's sand. Not needed to. C3 was going to take a chunk out of the village and that was it. You could say Gaara's sand stopped it from expanding, and made it smaller. But, as we've clearly seen with Juubito's own TTB's, the force of the explosions finds alternative routes [ ]. And Gaara's sand didn't even properly encase it the entire way, just the lower half. Which would do what? Force the explosion upwards. We even see auxiliary sand walls raise well above the normal crest, likely to stop the explosion from expanding out in those directions [ ]. I'd give it maybe minimal size increase, but it's not going to be a devastating village bomb, unavoidable, by any means.

And the speed feat does its job, when in a minimal time frame, , Mei's traversed a grand distance. The Mizukage isn't a slouch in that department either. No reason that, in a battle field where Deidara will struggle to get an accurate lock on his opponents, the Mizukages won't be able to escape the explosion. Already shown it's not as glorious as you'd wish it to be.

Using the smaller portion of the bomb, before expanding it for actual explosive purposes, isn't the best idea. It's a smaller target, ergo Mei can now fire a Suiton at it and the case of the Iron Sand, redirecting it either back at Deidara or away from the two. Literally just sending Joki Boi to where it landed afterwards when he's close to exploding does the job. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be taken away with the current of the Suiton Dragon, if Madara's Susano'o was always taken for a ride [ ]. The Iron Sand's larger variants were being thrown about by Sakura's fist, which doesn't quite have the same force behind it as Mei's suiton.

Sasori as a sacrifice. So, wanna just end this now? You've quite literally thrown out the "In character" or, "Vaguely resembles actions a character would take," portion of this discussion. Sasori's not letting himself be used as a sacrifice. You could say he swaps his core out, but I'm finding it hard to believe he'd be able to do so over a vast range (Unless the bird holding the other puppets is caught or interrupted by the explosion and force emitted from it,). So yeah, Sasori killing himself for a likely failed bombing. You'd make a killing in the mid-east, they'd love your tactics brah.

The explosion isn't as large as you think. You're blissfully ignoring Mei's speed feats versus the time she has to react to them. Baki noted how powerful it was, Baki of all people. You tend to take note of something like that, when a next to nothing shinobi is able to realize the power. Two Kage level shinobi surely can, too.

If Deidara isn't at a certain range, he's open to being attack by Mei and the Trollkage, That's what I am saying. If he comes down at a certain range, a Suiton Dragon with Joki Boi being pushed along by its force is going to ramming into the bird. Both of which expertly avoided Gaara's sand, with varying degree's of long time success. So yeah, coming close. Not a good idea.

Literally addressed all of the above earlier. Mei doesn't need to maintain this speed for the entire battle, for long intervals of time. Just for ten-twenty seconds to get out of C3's range.

I wanted a thoughtful post, I was disappointed yet again. Look, if you're not gonna bother next time, I'll just ignore it. You've come down to "No, Mei's not really that fast. She's really slow. . " <- Type arguments. Bring something to the table, would you?

Concession accepted.

Anyway I guess I agree with TAC but I have one uncertainty about this matchup. Is there any proof that Gengetsu's mist won't induce a genjutsu in Mei? Also will the genjutsu disguise Mei's position?

No, but ya' may regret it later. PM on skype or VM me some details. Still working on my last debate with Ft right now, though.

The genjutsu will just, at the very worst, mask Trollkage's own position from Mei. It's uncertain, Gengetsu seems to be in control of the genjutsu, as seen through talking to Gaara specifically with it. He probably could make the images whatever he wanted.

Didn't know concession meant challenge .-. I already explained to TAC over skype why I didn't reply.

In the worst case scenario that 2nd Mizukage's genjutsu doesn't differentiate from friend or foe? They'd still most likely win right?

Trollkage has full control of what he choses to hide or not, what images he makes, and to who he can project the images. Mei can't be put under the genjutsu if he doesn't make her see images. At the very worst, Mei just won't know the real location of the clam and Trollkage if they don't communicate somehow or the clam changes position.

Yeah, it shouldn't really interfere with Mei's perception of the enemy. Maybe collab techniques aren't as coherent, but that's about it.
