I still don't understand why people riding on Neji's death?

First, those who read tons of fictions (books, comics, mangas etc) already knew that Neji was both killed because nobody died in the 200 chapters long pinky war + shipping and people didn't need to be told for it.

Second, honestly, who is Neji? The "one" who had role againts Kidomaru THEN went missing and became a male Tenten character who not only do nothing important but needed to be saved by Hinata in chapter 526?

Third, since Neji was the ONLY casuality of the 200 chapters long war (no name random guys and arc only characters don't count), then why would it be good to be resurrected? Specialy since even Kubo killed Yamamoto, Kira, Sasakibe, Unohana and tons of other characters - and I read somewhere he plans to kill at least 2 another characters with big names -?

Also, can't deny: Neji last important role was in the end of Part 1, since the start of Part 2 Neji became a meaningless character who did nothing at all and became a Tenten like background character with a name that long ago had something.
