what if sasuke and naruto had opposite power ups?

Ok, what if naruto was the one who gets the rinnegan and sasuke is was given RSM?. Let's get straight to the point. Initially naruto had sage mode and bijuu mode and while he was unconcious he got the chakra of all bijuus. Mind you 9 bijuus aren't part of the RSM ( there is a thread for that and it actually inspired me

). While sasuke had EMS, PS? (50% said he has and 50% disagrees), amaterasu, kagutsuchi e.t.c. Who do think who be more stronger? (let's say closest to hagoromo's level).
Naruto arsenal:
All bijuus
1 hour+ sage mode
Bijuu dama
6 path rinnegan techs
Rinne-shift
Rasengan variants e.t.c

Sasuke arsenal:
TSB
Sage mode
PS
Chidori variant
EMS etc

It depends, would only their rikkudou powers be opposite? Or would all their powers from the very beginning be opposite?

If option number 1 : Naruto would still be stronger because he would have kurama and SM and etc.

Number 2 : Sasuke would be stronger.

without 8 bijus i.e naruto only having kurama then it'd be pretty even as we saw naruto avoid rinnegan shift with sensory perception of RSM and rinnegan will let naruto keep up with sasuke's speed in RSM as well...! power doesn't matter in such battles coz you saw at the end it was chidori vs rasengan...! but with all bijus and rinnegan naruto would obviously wreck sasuke....!
