TBH, Kishi's handwriting isn't that bad. It's pretty standard. The photo quality is just bad, so you have to guess for some parts.
It's obvious with the "Eh!" and "Right, Sasuke-kun?" "What?!" parts. Kanji is kinda hard, but OD already said that she read it.....so it can't be that hard. She's probably waiting on a better scan to read from before posting to reddit with a translation. I talked to her to confirm if it was new dialogue and she said yes....
