I stoped caring about this when I realized it wasn't about Sakura.
But still Sasuke and Madara used it better and even had different levels of it.
Like Naruto was a better user of TSB

Actually sasuke kept using his usual MS techs like amatarsu and sousano, He only used his S/T during kaguya's fight, and used ptera and CT in naruto's fight's and that was about it. Now I'm not saying that he can't use em but he definitely relies on his EMS techs rather than his rinnegan unlike nagato who showcased its full potential . Sasuke had the chakra from the sage therefore he'll for sure enhance his rinngan abilities with it .

Now since you're not intersted in this, may please stop speaking about nagato when you're clearly ignorant to most of his abilities?

That's not correct at all. The Uchiha's awaken the Rinnegan, by mixing their power with Ashura's. The Ashura's get the Rinnegan by mixing their powers with Indra's (by getting the Sharingan).

In other word, the sharingan just hold the jutsu while the special chakra stay in the brain of the true owner.

Though you are correct, the manga proves otherwise. Because of Kakashi being able to use the Mangekyo Sharingan by himself, despite lacking the required chakra in the brain.

Right. They would just not have MS/EMS abilities. Give an Ashura the Sharingan, it will eventually mix their chakras together similar to how Madara used a piece of Hashirama meat (lol).
