Because he never shown to do any shape transformation. He done plenty of chakra manipulation. But I have not seen any shape transformation from him.

People who say Naruto's Rasenshuriken shape manupilation feat is only creating a Shuriken is simply forgetting how Rasenshuriken operates. It has TWO key elements of shape manipulation, which no technique in this manga has. Putting it on the top.

Lol how does creating a bow out of chakra stand above creating cellular level attacks? I would put creating a bow out of chakra on the same level as making a shuriken out of chakra.

Naruto would of been better if he Kishimoto expanded on not only Fuuton, but gave him another element. Aside from Rasengan(s), but gave him actual elemental techniques. Such as; Maybe making a tornado or two, hurricane, etc.,

I could also seem him with Suiton to combat Sasuke's Katon, but what-ever.

Naruto/Sasuke at their prime should be able to use some variation of Yin/Yang release. Not on Hagoromo's level, unless they combined their powers. I mean Naruto's efficienty with Yang restored Kakashi's eyeball, which in term was a variation of COAT.

Now I said this to you before, and I believe you said that the technique came with the seals. But the DataBook already confirmed that the Chibaku Tensei seals were only for Sealing Kaguya, it said nothing about their other powers. Using their right hands is not really a good excuse when that was always their dominant hand.
