I was watching the fight when itachi soloed nagato in 1 shot While he was babysitting 2 perfect jinchiriki

I noticed something strange in that legendary battle of the solo king that he was outside susanoo


How could that be possible ?

The caster of Susanoo can use Susanoo as protection if they want and be inside it, but they don't have to... there is probably or possibly a distance thing, like it vanished if the user is to far away but if close, still within a range then susanoo still stands.

Kind of like how Madara could place susanoo as armor over Kurama, because they can manipulate the chakra of it, maybe it it also has a range where they have to be so close to keep susanoo standing, and if they are placed outside the range of Susanoo their chakra can't reach it, making it disappear. Theory is Itachi is within the range but outside of Susanoo.

I didn't understand what you are trying to say.

If itachi could summon susanoo without need to be inside it then that's mean his susannoo is best susanoo among the other susanoo users because he can sit far away at safe area while his susanoo fighting and deStroying the enemies
