Just like that? I did try too make it more in Kisame's favor, but EMS Madz does still have V3 legged susanoo, KB, Uchiha gaeshi, great fire annihilation etc.

He has more chakra & Stamina than Kisame too so it's anyone's guess really.

Kisame probably mid-high diffs I'm guessing.
