Pre-shippuden fight - No one won, Naruto wasn't even trying to fight back, otherwise he would have done something other than just stand there with Sasuke having a sword to his neck
VoTe 1- i can agree that Naruto lost.
Kage Summit fight - No one lost, people say Naruto lost because he said he needed kyuubis chakra to beat Sasuke, but Sasuke too said he needed Itachi's eyes.
Flashback fight - Does that even count? Do you realize the only reason Naruto lost was because if he let his kyuubi chakra out and demolish Sasuke he would be in some series trouble. Naruto was restricted of kyuubi chakra in that fight.
Last fight - Naruto won, you can complain all you want, but Sasuke's words are crystal clear, "i lost".

Not like it matters cause Naruto is stronger now anyways. Lol
