yeah. thats exactly what happened to me. i liked fairy tail then now i can its flaws (which is a lot)...that makes me open, not narrow minded.

fairy tail is a bad series, no hate, im just telling the truth.

Why is it worth it for YOU to post hate comments about Fairy Tail?

-> You're wasting time unless someone is willing to prove you wrong so badly that you will shut up, confess your sins, change for the better, and feel like you have obtained enlightenment. That might be worth it, but it's not going to happen.

-> btw, If I watched an anime just to find flaws OR with enough of a negative/wrong attitude/approach, I can come up with 10x more reasons it sucks than you can.

What are you IMPLYING with your hate comments?

-> that because the plot is dumber (relatively less complex) the fans are dumber?

-> that it is impossible to have a blend of characters, art, music, themes, plot, and many other categories to strike an excellent mix? (that's fairy tail!)

-> that it is impossible for people to have differing tastes in anime? And no, your hate comments don't count as such "differing tastes" in a discussion thread about an episode. Don't be a smart aleck and say you are technically "discussing" the episode. (It is possible to find negatives of a specific episode, and I'm not talking about you if you know how to discuss those negatives properly)

* Personal Opinions *

-> Fairy Tail is easily the most enjoyable anime out of those that are currently airing.

-> I find the fanservice in FT useless as hell and sometimes unattractive (I am male and 110% straight). Keeping it simple: To me, fanservice is not the only selling point. If I am able to think that, there are likely at least hundreds of others who share my sentiment.

Fairy tail has many "interesting" love stories in it....like erza x jellal (thats my fav ), juvia x grey, natsu x lucy/lisana, gajeel x levy, elfman x evergreen and a few more...

Anyways yeah FT is good, but it's definitely not excellent. Only thing that keeps me from officially dropping fairy tail is Queen Mirajane and a little tiny bit of my former favorite character Erza. ewe I honestly don't consider myself as a big fan of fairy tail right now. This arc will probably decide whether or not I drop it.

That last arc made cringe so hard.

The series is good, has a decent story and has awesome side characters and a few main characters. But the cheesy wins, predictable fights, nakama this and that, hyping shit to max only for it to be disappointing, the unnecessary fan-service, rarely any good death scenes, little to no blood, and terrible character development or no developments of certain characters are what pushes me away from this series.
