RAGNA vs FU THE SEVEN TAILS JINCHURIKI
Ragna entered the rocky area. He surveyed his surroundings as he began to go over the mission to himself.
"They said she was here? Did I walk in the wrong place? It can't be that hard to find her. Wonder why on earth would the send me to hunt her down. Oh...I think that's her....I wonder how the public will view my beating of women...."
Ragna was not one to get cheap shots so he walked in plain view where he could be seen. He had his usual smirk and lit cigar.
"Hello, I'm Ragna..yadayadayada...I'm here to kill you softly. Thanks for choosing Konoha, please come again."
Ragna activated his sensory abilities and then performed the snake hand seal causing a cavern to rise and trap Fu within it. This cavern was closed completely as Ragna then performed 4 handseals at a higher speed than average and used his Raiton chakra to create 16 pillars around the entrapped Fu. Powerful electricity was generated iin the area it encompassed as it destroyed the cavern and Fu along with it.
"*stretches* Oh man am I stiff. Well I guess not as stiff as you. >_>"

It was a day like any other, Fuu had raced off from the village without permission... again and the banter between her and Chomei inevitably began. The other inevitable point, was that Fuu was once again about to find herself in a situation. Suddenly, a stranger called out to Fuu; lucky for her that the stranger did so, for she was far to gone in the ensuing arguement with Chomei to notice him.
"Hello, I'm Ragna..yadayadayada...I'm here to kill you softly. Thanks for choosing Konoha, please come again."

See, I knew something interesting would happen, haha! Fuu excitedly replied to Chomei, all through their telepathic communication.
A mere moment later, after briefly locking eyes with Ragna, Fuu was trapped within a relatively small cavern that erupted from the ground. Immediately reacting to to Ragna's intent to kill her, Fuu started out strong; She released three blades of wind from her mouth in a Z-formation that blasted through the front of the cavern and continued directly towards Ragna, hindered only slightly by the earth wall they effortlessly sliced through.
It'll take more that that to kill me, Ragna! Fuu confidentially blurted out as she casually stepped out of the newly opened cavern.
Without further hesitation, Fuu dark-green chakra took the shape of wings on her back, materialising into actual bug-like wings that she used to take flight with. Hovering short-range off the ground while racing in a zig-zag pattern towards Ragna, Fuu channelled slicing wind chakra into her right leg before as she approached. Upon reaching Ragna's left-side, Fuu performs a swift round-house kick aimed to slice upwards through Ragna's torso; starting from his left-hip and finishing through his right shoulder.
Reasoning that you wouldn't have time to perform the Sixteen Pillar Bind with the wind blades heading towards you. O__O'

Ragna then stomped on the ground after channeling his Katon chakra into it so that pillars of flame arose and blocked the incoming blades of wind. That is when Fu sprouted her wings and turned into a little butterfly. xD
"What are you the toothfairy. That witch owe me money. >_>", Ragna performed a single handseal and released a powerful flame from his body. He then manipulated it to expand in an engulfing tornado of flames that would tfry the bug to a crisp. This girl seemed pretty relaxed. Just who was this person who didn't take Ragna seriously. >_>
