Is the meteorite made of special rock?

Just wanted to know this.. since people were making claims of Tsunade/Sakura/Lee/Gai not even being able to put a dent on it.. just wanted to know if the Rock that the meteorite is made of something special?

Since we all know Tsunade/Sakura/Lee/Gai can make craters easily, but to be not able to dent or destroy a meteorite that is only about the size of Madara's PS .. would mean its made out of something special.

So please let me know if that is the case, or were people just making random statements? *_*


Because to my belief these attacks should be able to take care of the metoerite (maybe not 1 of them, but multiples about 2-3 of sakura's punches. Or couple of Gai's hirudora's):

IIRC, Meteors can range from common-ish minerals found on Earth (Largely due to millions of years of meteors and other such celestial bodies hitting Earth,) to more rare substances. I wouldn't say it inherently is above spectacular durability, but the force behind it would probably be formidable.

The meteor wasn't even completely destroyed after hitting the Earth despite its impact being so devastating that it was felt an entire country away. This puts the meteor's durability to be able to withstand its own impact which is far stronger than Hirudora, let alone Sakura's punch.
