So now that the BS is canon, can someone give someone else their powers by simply transferring their chakra?

For example, if Sasuke or Naruto wanted to help their children could they tranfer their chakra so that they can use PS and Kurama avatar?

Obito did not simply transfer chakra to kakashi, he used ninshu to establish a link between them. One could say that kakashi briefly became Obito's jinchuriki.

Naruto can do it. But his children need to have a continous source like having bijuu inside, or if they are skilled enough to manifest the given chakra like naruto did to make more of it.
Sasuke can let sarada stand with him in his PS.
