Only on Ps4,Xbox1 and PC.

Nope. And it's a good thing. If a game is on current gen (PS4, XBOX One, etc) but is also on the previous gen (PS3, XBOX 360) then the game will be held back by the previous gen because developers want to make it playable for all while at the same time only make one game.

I don't have a PS4 but I'll try and save up to get one soon.
